Nate has more than 20 years of legal experience and has handled thousands of matters during the course of his career and is an experienced & effective trial lawyer. He is also fluent in Spanish. He has effectively and aggressively represented hundreds of clients in felony criminal matters of all types and levels including homicides, aggravated assault, sex crimes, fraud, theft, and drugs. In addition he has extensive experience with DUI related matters, domestic violence, hunting & fishing violations and virtually every other type of criminal matters.
Nate has extensive experience handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases as well as Bankruptcies. He also is one of the only experienced immigration attorneys in Western Wyoming.
Nate is fluent in Spanish and his entire office staff is bilingual making his firm one of the few in Wyoming that can claim just a distinction. Nate is a long time resident of Sweetwater County and understands the needs of his clients here.
Nate attended Utah State University on a University Club Scholarship where he graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science and minors in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, and Spanish. He received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark School of Law where he was active in and served as vice-president of the Federalist Society.
Nate practiced law for the firm of Perry, Malmberg, and Perry in Logan, Utah for a short time before accepting an offer to work as a Guardian ad Litem representing abused and neglected children. He left that position in 2006 to open up his own solo practice.
