Our customers include R&D start-ups, high-tech SMEs, oil & gas companies, and very large established multi-national, corporate manufacturers.

Our technology centre & global operational headquarters are located in Thetford, Norfolk, just 40 minutes from London Stansted International Airport and central to the A11 Technology Corridor. We work very closely with regional and national technology hubs, incubation centres, universities, manufacturing and research institutes. We run apprenticeships and international student placements, and are always keen to develop new technologies that improve our own efficiencies.

We are constantly investing in new technologies in order to improve our own efficiencies, to make Vanilla a positive working environment for our staff and to add value to our customers.

We ship over 500+ line items per day from our 25k square foot distribution centre, with automated warehousing and advanced optical inspection equipment.

We are both commercially and technically capable throughout the business, we invest in our people, training, equipment, processes and infrastructure.
